At Tyler Union, I work with an outside agency to create content for the organization’s two social media platforms: Facebook and LinkedIn. While the agency develops posts pertaining to sales and marketing, I play a crucial role by sharing what the organization does internally, as well as externally from a community relations standpoint.
Communication Intern Role:
In this internship, I constantly strategize to enhance the company’s external and internal communications. Developing content for social media, I post content that maintains brand voice and works to elevate! I also assist in media relations work, helping produce press releases that share stories of human interest or share information from a community relations perspective. Event planning, photography and videography are also skills I utilize.
