Sitting down and interviewing Makenzie Corbin, owner at Mad Hatter Cupcakes of Jacksonville, Alabama, the goal of this interview is to learn about how Corbin started her own business as well as how Mad Hatter Cupcakes engages in strategic communication that enables them to be so successful. For this interview piece, I recorded video with a Canon DSLR, recorded audio with a Zoom audio recorder with lapel mic, used a lighting kit from behind the camera to enhance the lighting of the subjects and the visible area and used Adobe Premiere Pro in the editing process. This interview not only demonstrates my technical capabilities but also shows my skills in communicating and building relationships.
